Well done on such a well put-together forum. Keep it up so that the combined voices are heard (the single voices trying to cut through are being drowned in a sea of bullying!)
As for the EOS (Employee Opinion Survey) – it has not had an impact on how the business runs for the past 8 years so why would it suddenly change? You can be as strong in your wording as you like, management will just adopt the ‘acknowledge & ignore’ technique.
The only way you will ever escape the bullying, the stress, the sleepless nights and the torment is to leave. You’d be amazed at how worthwhile your skills and experience will be worth out in the ‘normal’ corporate world!!
