Michael Richardson (BE)
General Manager Service & Delivery
Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, Michael is responsible for Sensis’ Service & Delivery functions spanning Customer Care, Advertising Design and Fulfilment, paper sourcing, printing and distribution for Sensis’ Yellow Pages® and White Pages® product suite.
Michael joined Sensis in May 2004 as Group Manger Customer Care and in 2007 became Group Manager Production prior to moving into his current role General Manager of Service Delivery in March 2009.
Before joining Sensis, Michael was the Head of Orange Mobile Customer Care at Hutchison Telecoms and prior to that he served as a Company Director for SITEL Corporation, a global BPO organisation where he was Director, Business Development in Australia. Having immigrated to Australia in 1997 Michael had previously worked at British Telecom in the UK in Development and Training.
Michael holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree (Electrical & Electronic).
