Melissa Reynolds (B.Ec, M.Comm)
National Sales Director, White Pages
Melissa Reynolds is the National Sales Director and Head of White Pages, a position she has held since 2008.
In her role she has direct accountability for revenue and customer growth of White Pages, which is globally recognised as the world leading White Pages business, as well as sees to the overall coordination of product, marketing, training, strategy and operational deliverables required to meet the White Pages business plans.
In 2006 when Melissa joined White pages as the GM of Product and Marketing she overhauled the online site to drive consumer usage and developed new digital revenue streams which today are still growing at above market rates and account for over 80% of the digital revenue.
Before joining Sensis, Melissa held many senior positions in the finance and banking industry in Sydney, Melbourne and Perth. These include heading product and marketing divisions within Westpac, Challenge Bank and Bank of Melbourne, and Head of Product and Marketing for Esanda, Australia’s leading Asset finance company.
Melissa holds a Bachelor of Economics from the University of Newcastle, a Masters of Commerce in Organisational Behaviour and Marketing from University of NSW, and is a graduate of the INSEAD business school’s Advanced management programme in Fontainebleau France.
