After Sensis spending in excess of $75 Million on consulting services, Accenture staff have begun to wind down their engagement at Sensis.
Accenture have wound down their involvement on program springboard and a small team still remain to complete sales training prior to the kick-off of sales campaign 2011. While their involvement at Sensis has been professional, we fail to see what Sensis received after spending such a large sum of shareholders funds over a short period of time. They did not develop code, manage delivery or produce documentation that will be used by Sensis in the future. All in all it would seem like poor value for money proposition and with Sensis revenues down year on year, it does not seem like a wise move by Bruce and Co, but I am sure the partners at Accenture believe they landed a nice hole in one.
If you have been involved with Accenture, tell us your thoughts and whether you had a good and productive experience with Accenture staff and how their outputs compare to permanent staff, contractors and Amdocs staff.
The Accenture consultants are really nice people and they have some smart women that do great work.
