Here’s a story about a horrible wicked witch (redacted) who lives in the city of churches (redacted), although blessed with nepotism some 6 years ago, which fast tracked her inexperienced career to stardom, she set upon her evil journey of collecting and placing her troll like “Cronies” (redacted) through-out her village, Oh it was a bullying, indulgent and frightful experience for all the good folk that worked hard within the village, but where were they to go as the wicked witch’s superiors (redacted) were spread across the nation and would block and hide all the horrific truths and nasty stories, many, many which were reported to the HR kingdom fell on deaf ears, good folk were forced to endure deplorable and completely un-just behaviours, some with years and years of committed, loyal, honest and far superior experiences, forced to leave the village they had loved (bullied Out) many stayed, scared to cross the witch, (understandable of course) but absolute admiration to those who never sold there souls to the witch.
The cronies (redacted) lapped up the behaviour of the wicked witch (redacted) and became managers within months, new to the business or non-performing reps who had never made targets or even sold bots, found themselves as directors and running states, this even included the cronies children and their brothers and sisters who had no computer, sales or business experience, we are talking about the witch’s loyal and experienced personal assistant (redacted) being forced out and replaced with the in-experienced and un-professional daughter of a newly appointed state director (redacted) whom herself (redacted) had come from 6 months as just an online rep, this poor cronie had n o people skills and no experience whatsoever in a business environment, and yet here she was the wicked witch’s right hand man (redacted), bulging with hypocrisy, self-importance and ruthlessness, empowered with the support of the witch she also brang her unknowns into the village, corruption and sabotage was unleashed on the villagers. , oh how the villagers would both laugh, cry and shake there heads in dis-belief, “what can we do? Where can we go” but alas, what could they do….. I often wonder how the witch lay her head to sleep each night, only someone completely consumed with self-importance, power and a complete lack of respect for fellow human beings could!! I guess if apart from the cronies, there were many villagers who respected and admired the witch then perhaps this story may be un-fair, but as one of the villagers and having had a strong and personal relationship with the others for many many years 99.99% is generous to say the least.

Cindy Clarke, probably the most embarrassing of the lot, no experience at all, just chosen by the witch after a few months of working for Online team only and very poor performer, and would do everything she asked.
Richard Austin, 5 minute manager, loves licking bot bot, never made bots canvas; Scott Draper the brother of Cindy Clarke, came to Sensis from nothing, bricklayer, given the job because of Cindy, couldn’t make a canvass if he tried, always protected and now an Account Director.
Dearrne Clarke, PA to the witch, daughter of Cindy Clarke, also came to the business with NO QUALIFICATIONS, no computer skills, robbed Alia (previous PA, exceptional at her job). Dearrne turns up for work, when she’s not looking after the witch’s spoilt brats and is also known to disappear when the witch is MIA (this is very often).
Dallass Chivers, best friend of Cindy Clarke, they live together, although not in that way, as they both prefer there partners to be of the same gender, he never made a canvass, moved to Adelaide as an account director because of the witch and Cindy, now moved back to Melbourne with Cindy and is Account Director Premium.
Nina Jerebica, friend of Cindy Clarke, came to Adelaide as an account director, with no experience, was a hairdresser, she was toxic, both her and the witch have so many complaints to HR. Nina was power hungry and an awful bully, she recently moved to Melbourne as a manager as the witch could not protect her any more, just too many complaints, she was there for about 5 minutes, as the witch was instrumental in her demise, she had become too much of a liability and had to go.
The question here is what is Geoff Hoffman doing about all this? With Fuckley and her vile sister spreading so much incompetency and hatred, how long can Hoffman allow this sort of mis-management continue before his reputation starts to suffer? Fuckley and Clarke are despised and laughed at by their staff so Geoff hast to act, huh?
On another note, I heard last week that Kirstie Barnes is coming back to Melbourne and Fuckley is furious. Not sure what she’s doing but I heard she’s coming back to BIO in some role; that must also make Stinkland squirm. He and Hoffman are not the best of friends so maybe Geoff is putting Kirstie in there to report back on his fuck ups?
If Fuckley hates her then Kirstie must be a good person. I’d like to meet her.
Kirstie Barnes is a moron and totally toxic, a hoffman clone. I think she undermined James Ciufertelli whilst a lowly tsales manager. Sucked some Hoff C.ck and then broke the morale of Aqua in Syd, had a shot in Brisbane as a fill in as well. Definitely a part of the mismanagement problem, not a solution.

From what I understand he doesn’t drink Tequila anymore – he is now used to it and while he sits there with his dumb ego-riddled head in the Ivory Tower with Nicole “The Wicked HR Witch” Gardner figuring out who to bully next, he is also busy eyeing Steve Traplin’s job and surrounding himself with botty lickers like Ryan Shearer, Christian “fail” Whammond, Cam “Camshaft” Dunny, Nicole LeMaistre, Aaron Griff and above all, “my booty has its own local book” – Margie Bock.
Oh, BTW, Richard, if you are reading this, “no, your intellectual staff won’t yell and applaud everytime your name is mentioned at the startup in Melbourne”. Nicole LeMaistre – yep, not many people know her (or choose not to) but she is AD for the Premium team and absolutely toxic. By the time she finished managing her team last Metro, none of the original team members were there – either left or away on stress leave. In which case they started recruiting people with no experience into the Premium team. Why does a Manager not get pulled up for this? Surely motivating and retaining staff should be one of their KPIs? Can you imagine if a Consultant’s 120 odd clients all cancelled or failed to repeat cos they could not get along with them? Do you reckon the consultant would have a job?
Margaret plays the game cos she has no other skills. She proclaimed Simon Suter was the best thing since sliced bread when he was SSD in brisbane before he got fired. She bought out her set of shining steel steak knives (won at a big bum contest) and proclaimed he was useless. Then came Zara and after she left (or got asked to leave) went about saying that she was “toxic”. Now, she reckons the sun shines out of Dick Austin’s ridiculous arse, but I am sure the wind will change direction once Austin’s screw-ups cannot be swept under the carpet and he will be sent back to Geoff Hoffman to be breastfed again.

Aaron Griffin – has been hoping to get to the SSD role by trying to act like one of the bullies. But the truth is he will never get there. Was on a warning letter and development program under Zara, lucky for him she was gone. From what I understand from his team, is useless and a waste of space – all he does is sends demanding emails to his Consultants. No street cred at all. Only in the AD position because they wanted to manage him (unsucessfully) out of the business during CitySearch days where he couldn’t sell to save his life.
Whamond is returning to Adelaide after another failure in Brisbane. Even his thunderbirds toe licker couldn’t save him. There should be a leadership book somewhere that can help. Loser

I know of one consultant who asked Whamond for a reference believing at the time he was still with the transport company he left Sensis for (before returning with his tail between his chubby legs). Whamond said sure, then promptly told his new best friend Austin. Of course Dicky couldnt wait to get on the phone to the witch resulting in the consultants SSD (the witch) calling for their resignation 4 weeks before they were planning on resigning… the consultant reported this to HR but that toothless tiger said it was a private matter & nothing Sensis would investigate… but then again, what is?

Richard Austin’s CV was up there on this link until last week. It has now been deleted (I am guessing by Austin himself). Which suggests to me that he is reading this blog. Whats more, he has also removed his personal website http://www.rwaustin.net since then which also had his CV, (albeit with different credentials!!!) One of the many victories for SensisWatch. I am not going to write what I thought of the office, but I thought I should share what the onsite Hudson recruitment said to him : “SENSIS IS AN EMPLOYER OF CHOICE”. what a joke!!!! Obviously Hudson is as incompetent as Sensis Management.

well, i found this site by accident. Its great that people have finally found out about certain people in the office of adelaide. Thompson is a very nasty, dangerous, black hearted person. Cindy clark has rode the coattails of people all her life. A bloodsucker and very incompetent. austin is just a low life dishonest, lying, untrustworthy snake. Every dog has his day. i would suggest sensis take a blood sample of austin. It would be instant dismissal. These people have ruined many peoples carreer opportunities within sensis. God help sensis.
For those who dont know how Sensis management is so bad, it all stems from Adelaide.
GH was a non successful telesales rep who bullied and initmidated people on his way to the top. He has no successful canvasses ever as a rep, manager or higher. infact can anyone produce any target he made? I think he made in in 97. The year they went from points to NISD.
AB was a 1 met rep put into management and after 1 year was put in to marketing where she sat for 10 years. Marketing in those days was a nothing dept that ran movie nights and the survey phone program. Brenda Wilton ( the head of sales) made her State Manager and then bought her to Melbourne as production manager. Brenda was put back to regional manager so Cam Rojo could take over. AB was later put in charge of sales because CRojo knew GH was not a leader of people. Either is AB. AB knifed Brenda after rising above her, and made her redundant.
Both GH and AB have continually hired friends and family and if you look at the incompitent Adelaide promotions over the years, it all stems from this. Cronyism and Nepotism is alive and well.They would eat their young to remain on this gravy train as both have well and truly over achieved their position if based on intelect and inter personal skills.
That is really not true about Geoff (everything else I agree with) he was a very successful rep over many years, successful tsales manager, then took WP from a group of self important, under achieving morons bringing in a few hundred thousand dollars a year to the multiple million dollar business it is today. Buckley and all her fast tracked sister and all their fast tracked friends however, are sick making. With Ange now gone (1 down) it probably won’t be long before Geoff picks off the rest, Sue, Cindy, Dick, Dallas, and that Moron Whamond (WTF with all the cutting and pasting shit from leadership books from the 80’s?) Here’s another great offer from the worlds coolest brand yellow pages….in the the infamous Adelaide office there is a rep telling customers “buy this big ad and you get six months free” this rep then pays for half the ad on a credit card. Beyond logic and of course price goes up by 200 per cent year after. Makes the roi figures look good for a change. And yes the witch knows but as usual is frozen in time so needs a few weeks for the brain to thaw.

The ‘credit card rep’ resigned on Monday (could see the shit storm heading his way) but after more dodgy dealings came to light, he was walked the next day. He was also headed to Argentina, but now its adiós viaje. Its actually surprising the witch took action, maybe questions were going to be asked about her incredibly blinkered view of many ‘high achievers’ in the Adelaide office and how and why they’ve been so successful over the past few years and had to quickly cut him loose. Us honest ‘worker bees’ will continue to plod along making up the numbers with no recognition, but at least we sleep well at night.

Big day in the Adelaide office. In 1 day 4 consultants (2 Silver channel & 1PDE & 1 Premium) said goodbye Yellow Pages, Hello Reach Local. 3 of the 4 were on the Argentina trip so some high performers lost from the now almost dry Adelaide talent pool. Good news for the 14 or so new T-sales consultants just out of training, with Adelaides recent ‘if you’re breathing, you’re management material’ policy, they’ll be promoted and out on the road before Christmas decorations are in the stores (thats about September in Adelaide!). I’d love to hear the phone call between the witch and sister Ange…”you’ve lost how many this week?” Happy days.

Wonder if I should apply…….I was made redundant because of cuts to sales staff (as told to me). And then a few months down the line, they are recruiting for my position again. I might apply, just to see what feedback I get. On the other hand, do I need to even remotely associate with this corporate whore and her pimps? I believe you may have a case and would encourage you to explore your legal rights. I have been deeply disturbed and concerned amidst some more serious allegations into corruption from the Adelaide management, I have heard that 2 x aqusition consultants were given 2x long standing employees (who were both made redundant) there sales results once they had left, the implications to this open up an enormous can of worms for Sensis and its employees as trip and RGB’s are the fundamental factor when it comes to consultants and management’s renumeration. The manager of the 2 x aqua consultants (who btw are no longer with the business) advised them to keep this “Gift” (if you will) to themselves, as the ramifications for all would be catastrophic, (to say the least). The 2 x redundant aqua reps have been robbed of final results and possible RGB and the 2x Aqua reps were rewarded for there work and dishonestly celebrated?? How can this calibre of management continue to offer service and mentoring to both consultants and customers with these sought of values and behaviours….. To all the hard working honest and customer concerned consultants out there, I can only hope you see this for what it is and start asking some serious questions around these allegations. at the very least an audit should be immidiate.
Heres one from the Brisbane office : A Consultant of Indian ethnicity (a genuinely hardworking and all round good bloke) who was forced to resign and seek other opportunities had his going away do last week. Richard “Brains” Thunderbird refused to acknowledge him, but at the end of the day gathered the staff around to say goodbye to this Consultant who was leaving to pursue opportunities to apparently run his own “GAS STATION”….(he has infact gone to work for a better organisation that values staff)…..and this consultant is probably more educated & intelligent than Richard himself. I for one consider myself as someone with a good sense of humour but, along with the rest of the staff present there, was mortified……especially when they made this consultant’s life impossible at Sensis. Richard should thank his stars that this bloke did not deck him or is not taking this matter any further. One thing’s for sure, if he says something even remotely similar to this to me, he will be most certainly attending his own disciplinary meetings with a set of brand spanking new dentures!!!!! Fucking moron!!!!!

According to him this joker is Superman in the disguise of a tub of fat as he has single handedly been instrumental in revenue growth as well as training staff and managers alike. This couldn’t be legit, there are multiple spelling and grammatical errors and for a resume doesn’t actually say of any achievements….maybe that speaks volumes over the endless list of dribble that he alleges he is superior in. My favourite comment is that he’s part of the “executive leadership team”. If this is the case no wonder people are leaving in droves and he is accountable for the shit revenue results. As a suggestion he should have added some international business experience and UN peace keeping activities….that would be more believable
